Fabien Terpan is Senior Lecturer in Public Law at Sciences po Grenoble, Deputy Director of the CESICE (Center for the study of international security and European cooperation) and the holder of a Jean Monnet Chair.

He has published widely on EU law, EU constitutionalism, law and politics in the EU, European external action, in journals like Policy Sciences, European Law Journal, Comparative European Politics, Journal of European Integration, European security, Revue trimestrielle de droit européen… His most recent books and edited volumes are: Droit et politique de l’Union européenne (Bruylant, 2018), the Court of Justice of the European Union and the Politics of Law (with S. Saurugger, Palgrave McMillan 2017), Crisis and Institutional Change in Regional Integration (with S. Saurugger, eds., Routledge 2016), L’européanisation du droit (with Laetitia Guilloud-Colliat & Henri Oberdorff, Lextenso 2015).
